The private pool has a depth of 2.80 metres at its deepest point and 60 cm depth on the shallowest side. The pool is climate-controlled (subject to prior arrangement) so you can enjoy it all year round. A pleasant sun lounger area, a table tennis table, and several landscaped areas with typical Mediterranean plants.

All furniture, both interior and exterior, is from summer/autumn 2022.

The villa has space to park up to three vehicles inside and the property is completely fenced.
