Large, comfortable single-family house. In the hamlet Sos Aranzos 8 km from the centre of Golfo Aranci, in a sunny position on a slope, 450 m from the sea. Private: swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 08.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, barbecue house. In the house: washing machine. Narrow motor access to 20 m from the house (via unmade road). Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket 7 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 1 km, bus stop 1.2 km, sandy beach 450 m. Nearby attractions: Olbia 11 km, Porto Rotondo 15 km. Please note: car recommended.

Dům dobře vybavený s krásným výhledem na moře. Udržovaný bazén a zahrada. Celkově pozitivní dojem z pobytu nám nemohl zkazit ani velký výskyt much,mravenců a vos.

House Gardenia is in good location, in walking distance to a beautiful beach. The view from the house is amazing. The pool is perfect. The house itself is nice & cozy. Very good value for the money. The only issue we had was to turn on a TV, but that would be an easy fix.

Großartige Aussicht und sehr ruhige Lage. Leider ist der Zustand des Hauses und der Einrichtung in vielen Dingen (Klimaanlage, Mobiliar, Aussenmöbel, Sitzkissen, Zufahrtstor etc. ) mangelhaft und schlecht unterhalten. Die Einrichtungen sind insgesamt alt bzw. sehr bescheiden im Verhältnis zum Preis.
