Complex "S’Abba e Sa Pedra" was built on the coastline and just 2.7 km from the center of Golfo Aranci. It consists of apartments of various sizes with mostly breathtaking panoramic views of the sea.
The "S’Abba e Sa Pedra" complex is also equipped with two splendid swimming pools, one for small children and one for adults, both right on the sea, surrounded by a green area where you can relax while observing the sea.
It is located in the residential area of Baia Caddinas, which is very popular due to its tranquility, being the center of Golfo Aranci and the night activities a little further away.
A short distance away there is a bar and the "Da Andrea" Pizzeria/Restaurant, a supermarket and shops just over a kilometer away.
Two sandy beaches are just in front of the complex, while Baia Caddinas beach is a 5 min walking distance (200 meters).
The “S’Abba and Sa Pedra” complex is 8 km from Porto Rotondo and 15 km from Olbia (port and airport). It is recommended to have a car or a motorbike to easily reach the center of Golfo Aranci and other services.
This delightful property is situated only 50 meters from the sea. It consists of a large living room with comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons, two double bedrooms with air conditioning, two designer bathrooms totally renovated in 2018 and both equipped with shower, a large terrace with panoramic sea views ( with a nice table and chairs for eating out) and a garden.
The kitchen was renovated in 2021. It is equipped with 5 burners, an oven, a dishwasher and has a kitchen island which allows you to cook with a wonderful sea view.
The property is ideal for families and can host in comfort up to 6 people. Small pets are allowed.
N.B.: The opening of the swimming pool is established on 1st May but may be subject to variations based on particular climatic conditions. The pool closes on October 30th.

Nice and clean Apartment in a Gated community. Garden is fenced, so no Problem with a small child.

"Apartment are located in very nice village, very close to the sea, with amazing view to Golfo Aranci harbor. Very clean and well equipped. Terrace is really nice. Close to a village there is a beautiful not public beach. We (3 adults + children 13+2)enjoy our stay very much! Thanks to Marina once again : ))"
