About this apartment rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming flat for rent in the town of Saint-Jean-de-Monts, less than a kilometre from the beach. It measures 56 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 29 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included. The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 29 m² living room with a TV, DVD player, sofa and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob….
- Bedroom 1 with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2 with twin beds (80/190) (which can be pushed together to form a double bed), TV
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 10 m² balcony surrounding the property, complete with furniture, perfect for enjoying sunny days
The flat is ideally situated in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Activities:
- The forest offers a variety of walks, trail runs and cycle routes, with cycle paths throughout the town
- Noirmoutier is just a 35-minute drive away
- Le Puy du Fou is a 45-minute drive away
- The countryside, with its windmills and walking trails
- A vast white sandy beach stretching as far as the eye can see, perfect for sand yachting, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding…
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park.

- Bus: Saint Jean de Monts coach station, 2.5 km away; shuttle buses and local buses are available for getting around town
