The apartment consists of an entrance, a bedroom with a double bed and a closet arranged in shelves and wardrobe, a main room with a composition of furniture, a sofa bed and a sofa TV. American kitchen with 4 hotplates, hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator with a freezer, dishwasher and all the necessary kitchen equipment. A bathroom with a shower, a vanity unit, toilet and washing machine.
A beautiful tiled terrace with garden furniture and awning will allow you to relax and enjoy the beautiful sea view.
Private parking and a bicycle storage are also available.
On the very long beach of Demoiselles just in front of the building is a nautical base. The shops are 400m.

Appartement très bien situé, dans une résidence calme, avec vue magnifique et apaisante. Il est bien équipé et fonctionnel. La plage au bas de l'immeuble et à 900 m des premiers commerces et d'1 des 3 marchés.
Propriétaire très sympatrique et prenant en compte nos demandes, nous la remercions.
Avons passé un très agréable séjour même si la chaleur n'était pas toujours au rendez-vous. Il est préférable de venir avec des vélos pour apprécier et mieux découvrir notamment la ville de Saint Jean de Monts et ses alentours.
Nous recommandons vivement cette location.
