Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 39 m² flat in Concarneau, 300 metres from the beach (accessible by crossing the street), with a shared swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty 16 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with bath) and you can enjoy a garden of around 20,000 m². Bed linen and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!

- A heated outdoor swimming pool (20x10m), open from 1 June to 20 September (opening dates non-contractual) with cover and fence for added security. Free access
- A 20,000m² garden with children's playgrounds, public park, sports fields, etc.
The flat is ideally located in Concarneau, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market. The town centre is accessible via the promenade. The beach is 300 metres from the flat.

- Seaside activities: swimming, windsurfing, surfing, sailing (school on the beach), sea outings (Les Glénans), fishing, etc.
