We enjoyed the stay, it was nice to drink the coffee in the morning outside. The rooms were clean, and they did not smell.

Our stay was pleasant, didn’t realize it was a converted motel.
It was very clean and plenty of towels and kitchenette supplies

We appreciated the convenience of this converted motel near to downtown Traverse City. However, a couple of aspects made the stay disappointing. There were a lot of bugs in the room, ranging from cockroaches to small bugs all over the place that we don’t believe were bed bugs, but weren’t quite sure. Additionally, the WiFi was very spotty, which was an issue in that we’d relied on there being WiFi for getting a little work done in the room. After all the fees were added, we ended up feeling that with the stress added by these two issues, this listing was not a good value for us.
