Clean up the yard. Otherwise, clean and price was good.

The AC unit was very loud, and kept the bathroom area very cool but not so much in the bed area.
The kitchenette was very convenient

It is a refurbished motel room with a small refrigerator and a small stove. It was clean and was much cheaper then the surrounding hotels.
