About this house rental
Our holiday farmhouse SONDERBYGAARD has three units:
- Apartments GALLERY
- Apartment VENSTRE
- Apartment ROMANTIC

On the large, park-like natural plot (about 8.500 square meters) with old trees, there are large playgrounds, a vegetable and flower garden and a small duck pond. Both apartments are spread over two floors and offer space for max. 6 persons. On the ground floor (some with underfloor heating) are: kitchen (fitted kitchen with dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob / oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, good equipment), dining / living room with fireplace, stereo, TV (satellite), a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom (WC + shower).
Upstairs there are two bedrooms with double beds, a living area and another bathroom (WC / bath).
Wi-Fi connection
Please note that the costs indicated by fewo-direkt do not include the consumption-related electricity costs: EUR 0.40 per consumed kWh. In the apartment is an electricity meter, from which the stand will be read on arrival and departure. We ask before departure for cash payment of electricity on site, in EUR or DKr.

Our family of four traveled up from Berlin to spend some time relaxing by the sea--and we were so pleased with our stay! Sabine & Matthias were delightful in every way! The cottage was comfortable, had everything we expected and needed, the beach was a nice little walk away, and we had a great time. We enjoyed grilling our dinner each night and watching the sun set across lovely fields. We would definitely stay here again--it was so rustically charming!
