Enjoy a 3 bedrooms (each with a closet and private bathroom) retreat. With magnificent views of the Barton Creek hill site and golf course country club. Watch breathtaking sunsets from the large terrace. It’s the perfect place to unwind, enjoy a peaceful vacation or attend Austin’s events like Formula One or Austin City Limits.
This one floor vacation rental of 2000 square feet living space plus 1000 square feet partially covered terrace sleeps 6 guests in a modern atmosphere reminding of an exquisite boutique hotel. Built in 2016, this is a suite that extends over the complete first level of the building with separate entry and complete privacy. Hosts occupy the second floor suite.
Ample parking space is available (off street private parking, 2-car carport and 3-car parking garage). Easy and comfortable access to the complete space, with no stairs (not even one stair step) between garage, living space and terrace.
It includes a spacious master suite with calming views and 2 bedrooms with queen beds and private bathrooms, each with direct exit to the large terrace with hill country creek views.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
This spacious vacation rental is drenched in natural light and enjoys spectacular hill country views from almost every window. A large open kitchen with island bar seating and pendant lighting will make catering a breeze on those nights you want to stay in. Or enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace.
The living room features a 60-inch flat screen TV and comfortable leather couches. The dedicated WiFi access point provides quick and reliable internet connection. The large glass door brings the exquisite view inside.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed. The adjacent master bathroom features a modern, free standing soaking tub. The deep walk-in closet completes the master suite.
In the second suite enjoy a bedroom with queen bed, a large bathroom with bubble soaker tub and walk in closet. The third suite features a bedroom with queen bed and large bathroom and walk-in closet. Both these suited have glass doors leading to the terrace that can be used also as private entrances since the terrace is accessible also from the driveway also.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The house sits on 7.2-acre estate, accessed through secluded and very quiet street surrounded by large green areas. However, it is in close proximity to a large intersection of streets which make access easy. Six miles drive to Downtown Austin, one-mile drive to a high end shopping area with multiple restaurants, grocery, and many other stores.

Was not as clean as the pictures. Example: shortly after being there we realized the floors were terribly dirty. My kids feet were already black from running barefoot around inside after only a couple of minutes. It is located in a basement, although there is a private garage and entrance there is still person / people living and moving around above you.All 3 bedrooms are very nice, large and come with their own bathroom but the middle bathroom didn’t have enough water pressure to actually use that shower and another had ants around the bath tub and toilet.It is very nice to have the garage to use for our vehicle.
