Great location and excellent communicationWe had a great stay! The location was perfect for our baseball tournament and was conveniently located near everything we wanted to do, including the baseball fields, restaurants, kids' activities, lake activities, and hiking trails.During our stay, there was a power outage that affected the entire neighborhood. The host was fantastic with communication, keeping us informed and providing updates as they received information from the power company. We really appreciated the proactive communication during an unexpected situation. The cabin was comfortable, well-stocked with plenty of towels, and we especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after long days. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely consider staying here again when we're back in Broken Bow.

Loved the cabin! The Air Conditioner was already on when we got there and the hot tub was already hot and ready for us to use! The refrigerator was large and clean which was great! the only drawback to the stay was the extra foam layer on top of the beds. Both couples agreed it made the bed so soft that it was uncomfortable. We removed it the second night and slept much better!

The place was nice. Beds were awful. Spider webs with spiders in corners of ceiling's. TV’s only worked in living room and one bedroom. Loved the pool table. The hot tub was nice, however when jets turned on there was a lot of foam which probably has not been cleaned. Outdoor’s was nice.
