The guest will need to pay the onsite HOA at the office to receive a fob to access amenties. If you book after Nov 1st 2025, you will no longer need to pay the HOA onsite; you will still need to check in onsite to receive your fob to access amenties.

This is my second year staying here and it was better than the first time. Everything has been upgrading since my last stay. I can't express how great the location of this place. Everything you could want to do is within walking.

Great condo for the price! Clean, easy to access since it is right on the end near the stairs, and private! We'd definitely stay here again!
