Great stay! Condo meet expectations. Great space and beach accesss. The two balconies always provided a shady spot to relax. There were enough supplies to start our week (TP, soap, etc). The manager was very responsive. The small building complex was quiet and so was the pool space. Furnishings were comfortable and the kitcehn was very functional. Would stay again. Lovely area and beautiful beach plus close to Clearwater fun and St. Pete culture.

The location is definitely a positive aspect. On one side, there's the sea with its beautiful beach, and on the other side, the equally fascinating hinterland.
Unfortunately, the apartment doesn't reflect this almost perfect ambiance. For the price paid, one would expect more. Everything seems a bit run-down and worn-out. The cleanliness also leaves something to be desired. After we complained, the cleaning lady came immediately, but even this additional visit wasn't enough to clean the apartment to a standard worthy of the price. We would seek accommodation in this area again, but will likely avoid this apartment.
