Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the apartment itself. Additionally, guests have shared access to the balcony, beach, beach supplies room, gas grills, walkway, and all common areas. Parking is readily available on-site.

Please note that On the Rocks #10 is a non-smoking property. A $500 deep cleaning fee will be applied if there is evidence of smoking inside or outside the unit. A designated smoking area is available on the southeast corner of the complex near the street. Guests must be at least 21 years old with a valid credit card to book, and valid identification is required at check-in. Self-check-in is available 24 hours a day. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Please note that there are no partial refunds for early check-outs. The total price includes cleaning and applicable taxes, and we do not charge any resort or management fees.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this condo and loved how close the beach was. The balcony and nice living room windows allowed us to get gorgeous sunset views each evening! The property was clean and had good amenities for a family with little kids. The beach closet was a little unorganized but had helpful chairs and toys and things for the beach. It was really nice to have clean beach towels provided as well. Overall a great stay!

Perfect location & beach view , very cute & clean property. Negative water pressure in bathroom sink was a very small stream, more bath towels need provided & beach supplies in the closets were junk left overs. It would be nice if an umbrella & 4 or so chairs were guaranteed.

We had made very last minute plans to go to Indian Rocks Beach to meet some friends. This location was perfect! You’ve got food/bars with live music and souvenir shops within walking distance. The management team was a delight to work with. If we’re ever in the area again, we would choose this place over again.
