Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the apartment itself. Additionally, guests have shared access to the balcony, beach, beach supplies room, gas grills, walkway, and all common areas. Parking is readily available on-site.

Guests must be at least 21 years old with a valid credit card to book, and valid identification is required at check-in. Self-check-in is available 24 hours a day. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Please note that there are no partial refunds for early check-outs. The total price includes cleaning and applicable taxes, and we do not charge any resort or management fees.

We truly enjoyed our family vacation at this lake house. The house is very comfortable with all of the amenities we were looking for. The dock was fantastic and plenty of room for the whole family. We especially enjoyed our time in the huge game room! Also, the property manager was very responsive to any needs that we had during the day.
