The apartment is a great place for families or small group of friends who don't need that much. We are a family with 3 little children and we only used it basically for sleeping during the two nights we were there because it is a perfext place to explore the area, with car, with train (to Luzern) or cable car(s). It's all in the area.The place was very clean and perfect for us.

We unfortunately arrived late, having run into pretty major traffic problems on the way. Esther was very accommodating of our (frequently) changed plans and then traffic delayed arrival time. She greeted us warmly, showed us the apartment, and then let us be. The apartment is setup quite nicely for a family, was clean, and is in a gorgeous area. We were very happy to have it as our home base, and would gladly stay again (although I would note that the addition of a washer/dryer would make a longer stay easier)..That said, it was just perfect for us.

Esther is so kind nice and kind!! She always was caring about us before our arrival and when we arrived to the apartment she gave us a very good explanation of all we needed to know. The apartment is extremely neat and very close to Lucerne and Mount Pilatus. We loved everything!!

Esther was super nice and met us upon arrival. She showed us in and where everything was in the apartment. And she gave us info. On lesser-known but super cool local mountain peaks. The views around the place were glorious and the little park/playground behind was a lot of fun.

This is a great property! And Dallenwil is a great area to visit. Lots to do, near Lucerne and very charming. Esther was a fantastic host and was in communication with me the entire time. She greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment. The kitchen was well-stocked and very functional. This was our favorite place that we stayed at on our recent visit to Switzerland. I would recommend this to anyone as you won't find a better place to stay!
