Step into your modern and spacious downtown retreat. This ground-floor condo is designed for comfort and convenience, providing the perfect home base for your Ocean City adventures.
Key Features:
Living Area: Unwind in the inviting living room, featuring a cozy brick fireplace.
Kitchen: A fully updated and equipped kitchen with modern appliances, perfect for home-cooked meals.
Bedrooms: Two serene bedrooms for a restful night.
Bedroom 1: One Queen Bed
Bedroom 2: One Queen Bed and one Bunk Bed
Bathrooms: 2.5 modern bathrooms.
Laundry: In-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.
Outdoor Space: Enjoy a private balcony for fresh air, plus a back deck complete with a picnic table and grill for outdoor dining.
Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire ground-floor condo, including all rooms, the private balcony, and the back deck with a grill. Check-in is seamless and secure with our smart lock system; you will receive a unique, personal door code for the duration of your stay. Additionally, guests are welcome to use the shared tiki bar common area.
