Welcome to North Conway! Our recently renovated centrally located home is close to everything. Come and enjoy the spacious layout, Gourmet Chef's kitchen, relax in the oversized living room, create memories in the game room in the lower level or just sip a glass of wine in the hot tub or enclosed porch while viewing the mountains. This home is newly furnished with all new beds and furniture. First floor Master Suite features a comfy sleep number bed you won't want to leave!!
Inviting and spacious main floor features master suite with 43 inch smart TV, fully applianced, and stocked chefs kitchen, Dining room and oversized fireplaced living room with 65 inch smart TV, ample seating to relax and with a work bench/bar if you need to work a bit. Board games include Monopoly, Scrabble, Chutes and ladders, Battleship, Uno, Left Right Center, playing cards, Mrs Pac Man video game and more!
Sliders leading to enclosed porch with comfy furniture and a deck over looking rear yard and mountains.
Hot tub is off the deck along with patio set and deck seating. Gas grill and smoker available for use along with a generous sized fire pit.
Second floor features two good sized bedrooms and a full bathroom.
Lower Level basement features family room with 55 inch smart TV and full game room in heated and air conditioned garage with Pool Table, Air Hockey Table, Skee Ball, Basket ball and a dart board.
The home stocked with towels, Linens and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. Hand soap, dishwasher soap, dishwashing pods, trash bags, sponges.
A washer and dryer are also located on the lower level with detergent and fabric softener
Guest will be provided with a personal access code for electronic locks. Off street on site parking in a private driveway.

- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors

Mellissa was super responsive and accommodating! Any and everything you could think of in a kitchen this place had it. Want to bake bread, dehydrate fruit, you prefer coffee pot vs Keurig well it has both! Bed and pillows are out of this world comfortable. Forgot to ask where she got them?? Hot tub was so relaxing!!! Restaurants, skin/tubing/train ride all less than 10 min away. We will be back!!

Beds were very comfortable and the living space was huge and comfy. Great kitchen with tons of storage and everything you need for cooking. Lots of towels and blankets provided.

The location of the property was great. Close to everything but not on the main road in a nice quiet neighborhood. It had wonderful amenities: screened in back porch, fire pit, game room, plenty of parking, lots of indoor space and very clean. The host was easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. We had an amazing time! I would highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the area.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is located in a great area, not far from everything we like to do in North Conway. It was clean and comfortable and we felt right at home. Communication with Melissa was prompt and just the right amount. Very happy with our choice!
