Location and property were excellent. Clean and well kept - with some essentials provided. BBQ area and outside enclosed space is large enough for a large number of guests. Outside gate was broken/missing - but managed to keep a watchful eye on the young ones. Close to hotel, pub and open reserve space. Walking g distance to shops.

We enjoyed the stay and had everything we needed. Huge bbq with great outdoor area but it rained so we didn't use it. Only thing, no wifi but mobile data was sufficient
