Main bedroom consists of Ensuite and queen bed
2nd bedroom Queen bed
3rd bedroom 2 Single beds
4th bedroom Tri Bunk ( single on top of double)
Has a well stocked kitchen with dishwasher. Complimentary items like tea, coffee, sugar, some toilet paper & cleaning items have been provided for guest convivence.
Fully laundry including dryer.
and decks on both front and back of property.
Double lock up garage
Linen is also provided to make your holiday that much more enjoyable.

A $700 security deposit is required on each booking.
Linen is provided for confirmed guests only, please ensure the correct guest numbers are entered at the time of booking. Linen is provided for bunk beds but bunks will not be made up.

We stayed 3nights .. the house was big and spacious and clean.Beds comfy with modern crisp white sheets. The view from all of the house up stairs was fantastic 👍 wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. It certainly lives up to its name,Pelicans Drift watched plenty of them on the water. Definitely recommend this property to others .

Despite it being in the middle of winter the visit to Harrington to meet our new granddaughter was wonderful. The property was lovely and had plenty of room for the 4 of us. Thank you. David S from Melbourne
