→ Unauthorized Pets: $300 per unauthorized pet.
→ Smoking Violation: $500 fee for smoking inside the unit or in non-designated areas.
→ Misuse of Hot Tub (if applicable): $300 fee (e.g., failure to follow usage guidelines, excessive debris, or damage).
→ Unauthorized Late Checkout: $300 fee if checkout extends beyond the designated time without prior approval.
→ Excessive Trash or Mess: $300 cleaning fee if the unit is left in an unsanitary or excessively messy condition.
→ Parties, gatherings, and events are not allowed.

This home was very nice for our short stay. Very clean and just like we are use to. Neighbor hood is very quiet as well. And the hot tub was a very nice addition very clean and taken good care of.

Great stay overall! The house was exactly as advertised—clean and comfortable, making for a relaxing getaway. The location was excellent with easy access to shops and restaurants, and it was a big plus that the property is pet-friendly so we could bring our dogs along. We’d happily stay here again.

Unpleasant smell throughout first floor. First floor bathroom sink only works on a trickle. Hot tub was really nice though. Also the second floor rooms were spacious and clean with a large bathroom.
