→ Misuse of Hot Tub (if applicable): $300 fee (e.g., failure to follow usage guidelines, excessive debris, or damage).
→ Unauthorized Late Checkout: $300 fee if checkout extends beyond the designated time without prior approval.
→ Excessive Trash or Mess: $300 cleaning fee if the unit is left in an unsanitary or excessively messy condition.
→ Parties, gatherings, and events are not allowed.

Our stay started off on a bad note as our rental had not yet been cleaned for our 3:00 check-in. 7:30 pm we arrived and were pleased with the charm and cleanliness of our rental. There were 2 beds less than the listing noted but we were able to double up in 2 of the bedrooms which we dealt with. After talking with the management company they said they updated the listing to reflect the correct number of beds. They also refunded a portion of our for the inconveniences which is why we left a 4 star rating.

Great place for our family to stay for a weekend wedding. Well equipped kitchen and nice dining room allowed us to have several meals at home.Pet-friendly was a plus for our two small dogs - big fenced in yard gave them plenty of room to run around.Comfortable living room with flat screen TV.Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, plenty of water and towels. We didn’t use the hot tub or fire pit. We found that the house had 4 bedrooms, 3 with king beds and 1 with a wide single. Ample parking, a cute downtown nearby, and hiking trail 5 minutes away.

We were visiting family in the area for Thanksgiving. I booked this house in particular because it was close and had four bedrooms and two bathrooms and I needed a place to cook for Thanksgiving. We had quite a few issues as the house needs some updates. It doesn’t look quite like the pictures. There was not the proper bedding for this time of year so two of my people slept down on the older couch where it was warm. They also had one TV in the entire place which stinks if you want to go into your own space after a long day, the yard was unkept, and the lights did not work around the hot tub. There was one dishwashing tab so I left the dishwasher full. There were also no floor mats in the bathroom, which would’ve been nice when you get out of the shower or one by the back door when you came in from the hot tub, you can see why the hardwood floors are a little worn out in that area. I do realize I rented an older home, but for what I paid I do not feel it was worth the money.
