+We are unable to accommodate early check in or late check out. Please plan your arrival and departure with this in mind. Late checkout without consent will be charged $25 fee per hour.

+No smoking is allowed. A $300 violation fee will be charged if evidence is found of smoking inside the unit.
+ If you are a smoker you may want to consider booking elsewhere as any strong smoke order will result in a fine for odor removal.
+ No extra guests not listed on the reservation.
+ No pets are allowed. A $300 violation fee will be charged if evidence is found of a pet inside the unit.

This was a beautiful home in a safe neighborhood. We loved that there were two king size beds, very spacious, very comfortable, and it was a perfect location for us in Santa Rosa Beach. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your wonderful home.

The home is located very close to the beach, and the golf cart made it even better! It’s a beautiful house, very clean, and the owner was professional and hospitable in her communication. We had a wonderful stay!!
