We loved the location and the quietness away from all the Spring Breakers. The house was convenient to every thing and it was wonderful having a view of the Gulf and the Lake. The description said the house had 4 baths. In fact it has 4 toilets and 2 bathtub/showers. This is not 4 baths! I would NEVER have rented this had I known the true situation. However the home was lovely and we had a wonderful time. My only other concern is the beds only had a sheet on them....no blanket or spread. We had a cool spell and had to dig around to find blankets to keep warm. The blankets were in the house just not put on the beds.

Allen's Dune was the perfect property for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach and the views. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed. Thanks for a great week at the beach!!!

The house we had was a “veteran” house but just like it was described in the listing. It could stand to be updated, but it met our needs. We enjoyed the location and really appreciated absolutely no crowds on the beach. It was like a private beach most of the time.
