This one-story home is perfect for a couples getaway or family beach vacation! Beach access is just a 4-minute walk away. Bring the family pet (with fee). Grill and eat outside on the wide deck, challenge your family at cornhole, have coffee on the screened in porch. Rinse the sand off under the outdoor shower after a long, fun day at the beach. Get cozy in the open living room with the large TV or play games.
As you enter, the open floor plan greets you with the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The bright and airy living room makes it easy to be together so everyone can talk and watch the flat screen TV no matter where you're sitting. The kitchen is fully stocked and features stainless steel appliances including a gas stove. Dine together around the dining room table with added seating at the kitchen counter. Enjoy the breeze on the front screened-in porch while sitting in a rocking chair with an iced tea or a good book.
For a good night's sleep, down the left hall you'll find bedrooms 2 and 3. Bedroom 1 is just off the living room. The perfect setup for 6 guests.

Shared full bathroom in the hallway is complete with bathtub/shower combo, just outside of Bedroom #2 and #3.
Kids and pets can run out their energy around the large, grassy back yard (not fenced in). Take up a friendly game of cornhole on the back deck or in the yard. Want to grill up some delicious barbeque? Cook meals using the charcoal grill on the full length back deck. Access is just off of the kitchen and through the laundry room.
Free parking for 3 vehicles provided in the front driveway. Head to the beach and get your toes in the sand using the East 10th St. block public beach access, just a short 4 minute walk away. Walk, bike ride, rent a golf cart, or drive and pay to park at the public beach accesses nearby. You can also park for free near the beach access on the side streets and must follow City of Folly Beach parking rules.
1018 East Cooper has all of the modern conveniences for you to feel right at home. Pet friendly home with $125 fee per pet, plus tax. 2 Pet maximum allowed (call for further details). Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.

This house was perfect for our stay on Folly. Walking distance to the beach. Its further away from Center Street than expected. The VRBO site showed this house to be on West Cooper instead of East. We made it work though. Clean, bright, and quiet.

Place was nice and quiet with the a few small things that need to be worked on. There was a small insect issue that need to be addressed. Not being able to turn the thermostat down below 70° was also an issue for me and my family as at night we like to be around 66 to 67. Personally it was not a bad place if these issues can be addressed but we will probably not stay there again. Also I fixed the chairs on the porch the bolts where in wrong and my wife and I both got a good scrap from them. I looks up the directions to confirm that is how there where to be in and turned them around so that other guests won’t have the same issue.

Mixed reviews about this property. It is really close to the beach. However, we were never told what entrance to use to access it. We used one that was further away until a nice neighbor told us. This house is not that close to walk to the restaurants and shops like another review mentioned. It is probably about a mile with no sidewalks. The house has been renovated, but already needs some maintenance like caulking in the bathrooms and kitchen. Some of the closets smelled like mildew, so we did not use them. There was also mildew in the showers. The property management company needs to do a better job keeping up with these types of items. It made the house feel not so clean. Also, the credit for beach chairs was nice, but the chairs were rusted. They functioned ok but were definitely worn. I expect more out of my rentals, so I would not stay here again.
