This condo sleeps 2 to 3 in one of the most desirable and tranquil coastal settings imaginable. Relax on overlooking the Aransas Bay or enjoy the pool and hot tub also overlooking the waterfront. Private 1000 Ft. pier for our guests to fish or enjoy a nice walk. Step outside to walk or bike along famous "Water St" a picturesque one way street that meanders in front of the bay front & local charming coastal cottages.

The view was spectacular and the sunrise today was so beautiful. We rode our bikes everywhere and saw alot of Rockport. Will definitely stay again. Thank you

Everything was great!! Sunset was beautiful!! The bed was VERY VERY comfortable. The pull out couch was typical. An adult probably wouldn’t be very comfortable.
