We enjoyed our stay at Hootie and the Redfish very much. The condo was clean, very well stocked with just about anything you would need and the view was fantastic. My only suggestion would be to ditch the HUGE coffee table - between the stools at the bar and the large recliner, it was difficult to maneuver around them to get to the sofa. We felt like the furniture was too big for the room.

Did not use the hot tube. Yes , pet friendly. Cold water valve was not turned on under bathroom sink when we arrived. It was soon fixed. Otherwise, a great stay. Very comfortable, great view of the bay. Yes, very clean room. Thank you.

I would have given this property a 5 star review except the bedroom was warm. Note in property saying not to turn air conditioner thermostat below 70 or it will freeze up indicating property managers know it is an issue. The real issue is that several ducts/vents have little air flow, most notably in the west facing bedroom. This causes the bedroom to sleep hot and while I am not a a/c technician, the lack of proper air flow to all vents is key contributor to the icing issue. Fix the a/c for a five star review!
