This fantastic San Felipe Vacation Rental is an entertainer's dream home. With an expansive rooftop deck, large living areas, bold architecture, designer finishes, an impressive gourmet kitchen, and gorgeous views of San Felipe Mexico, this is the perfect beachfront San Felipe Vacation Rental for a family reunion, friend's getaway, or romantic retreat.
A deep red brick driveway leads from the main road right up to this modern multi-level home. Right away, you'll notice the bold architecture, stone facade, and geometric shapes that make up this large waterfront home. This multi-level home offers breathtaking views of the water from almost every room. The sprawling rooftop terrace overlooks the Sea of Cortez and features comfortable lounge seating and an outdoor kitchen with a stainless steel BBQ. Head up here after a day at the beach for dinner at sunset, or sneak up here in the morning and enjoy coffee with a view. A half wall of glass lines the perimeter of this private rooftop deck.
Down one flight of stairs, the second level features a bright open living area with a large wrap-around sofa in front of a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors to the balcony, and a modern stone accent wall. We planned this mini vacation with my family, and we choose this house because of the space for the teens in our family, we all had a great time there, the house was so clean and organize, it had everything that we need for cooking for a family of 12, the house was very clean as well. I would recommend this a 100%
