Luis's Margarita Villa is a luxurious San Felipe Vacation Rental made up of two condos (A & B), each with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms — perfect for large groups or families.

Unit A features two bedrooms (one with two large beds, one queen), two private bathrooms, an upstairs living room with TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with an island dining table seating eight. Unit B features two bedrooms (one with two queen beds, one queen), two private bathrooms, an upstairs formal living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a snack bar with nine bar stools.

Both units share a giant rooftop balcony overlooking the Sea of Cortez and the San Felipe skyline — perfect for family dinners under the stars.

The villa is just a one-minute walk to the beach. Guests provide all towels. Cash rental only. Monthly rentals available with utilities extra.

Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.

The entire Family had a fabulous time while staying at Luis’ Margaritavile for a weekend getaway! The house is conveniently located a few steps from the beach, which makes its location perfect!!!
