Wir haben uns im Haus Pia sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Apartments sind gemütlich, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet – mitten im Herzen von Friedrichshafen. Die Gastgeber Elena und Karl haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Man merkt sofort, dass sie ihre Apartments und alle ihre Gäste mit viel Liebe und Herzlichkeit behandeln. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die Einladung zu einem gemütlichen Abend – ein wunderschöner Abschluss unseres Aufenthalts. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, 3 Minuten vom Seepark / Beginn der Promenade. Der Gastgeber / die ganze Familie waren sehr freundlich. Es war sehr sauber. Die Schlafzimmer und das Bad sind großzügig, die Betten waren sehr bequem, es ist leise. Gegen Gebühr steht ein Parkplatz direkt gegenüber der Wohnanlage zur Verfügung. Als Esstisch haben wir den Schreibtisch im großen Schlafzimmer genutzt, ging gut.
Die Küche ist sehr klein, wer viel selbst kochen möchte, wird hier nicht glücklich. Der Zuschnitt von Küche / WC ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig (Küchen-Waschbecken im WC). Ansonsten alles top.

Die Wohnung ist in einer zentralen Lage, der See ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Rund um die Wohnung gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants
Das Sofa müsste ausgetauscht werden, es hat Flecken, sonst ist alles in Ordnung
