This is a spacious apartment on the first floor of a very centrally located block. Although there is no air conditioning it's first floor location, double glazing, roller blinds and fan made it comfortable during an extraordinary heatwave. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. Nice small balcony to access the outdoors. Excellent underground park. Lift access. 2 min walk to town centre, and good public transport.
Nothing. Would benefit from a pod coffee machine, but there is a drip coffee maker available with filters supplied.

Die Wohnung besticht durch die Lage und Nähe zum See und der Promenade. Gute Busanbindung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( Bäcker und Rewe ) in der Nähe
Kein persönlicher Empfang bei Anreise. Lärm, um 05:30 Uhr am Montag und Dienstag wurden die Mülltonnen aus den Boxen geholt, ab da war man wach. Die gewünschte Benachrichtigung wurde unkommentiert angenommen, ohne Frage nach dem Befinden beim Aufenthalt oder dem Wunsch einer guten Heimfahrt.

Top Lage in direkter Nachbarschaft zum Hafen und Park am See an der Prominade. Zentrumsnah für Besorgungen, Parkplatz in Haus, Netter zuvorkommender Gastgeber, gerne wieder mal ein Aufenthalt
