About this house rental
Rosnowo is a tourist town located in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, 20 km from Koszalin, on the Rosnowskie Lake. The location among the forests with access to the lake (only 180 m to the shore from the house) with a sandy beach is a perfect starting point for the whole family. For longing sea views, the nearest seaside town is Mielno, about 30 km away. There are 3 identical cottages on a shared, fenced property. Guests can count on peace and quiet here. The comfortable, cozy holiday home has 2 separate bedrooms, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. In the living room there is a table with chairs, a fold-out 2-seater sofa and a TV. Electric heating. The cottage has a covered terrace, where a set of lounge furniture is waiting. A brick grill fireplace is available. The price of the stay includes: bed linen, tourist tax, parking. Rosnowskie Lake is rich in many types of fish and is a very popular reservoir for anglers. Enthusiasts of swimming and kayaking will also find something for themselves here. In the area there is a water equipment rental (rowing boats, kayaks, pedal boats). At a distance of approx. 400 m, there is a year-round resort with full infrastructure, which can also be used by guests from outside the hotel (of course for an additional fee): indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi (open in the summer season), salt cave, sauna, gym, solarium, bar, restaurant. In the area, it is worth seeing elements of the hydrotechnical complex of the Rosnowo hydroelectric power plant with a 10 m high dam and the remains of the farm complex from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. Several bicycle trails run through Rosnowo, which can be used to reach the neighboring, attractive settlements. In Koszalin (the provincial capital), which is about 20 km away, you can find various shops, shopping malls and many good restaurants.
