The beach condo has undergone a luxurious makeover, ensuring a dreamy coastal living experience. Dive into the community's delights – a heated pool, spa, clubhouse with a cozy living room, kitchen, and game room, all secured within a gated haven with private beach access.
Perfect for family getaways or a romantic couples retreat, this smoke-free, pet-free abode offers keyless entry and accommodates a maximum of two autos. While AC is not on the list, the home radiates cool vibes and ocean breeze. The main living area sits on the 2nd level, bedrooms on the 3rd, providing a delightful separation of spaces. There is an electric BBQ for guest use. The HOA warms up the pool from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends, and the spa stays cozy all year round. Please note that the property owner can't guarantee pool or spa operation during your stay.
Now, for some quirky trivia: the living room fireplace is currently taking a break (awaiting a replacement part), but the charm of this coastal haven remains unaffected!

The unit was clean, well stocked and walkable to everything and having the pool and hot tub were ideal for windy or cold days. There are a lot of stairs so anyone with mobility issues should be hesitant to book. The two guest bedrooms face the street and businesses that get deliveries very early in the morning so there’s a lot of noise, particularly if you have to crack the windows for air. The master face the ocean, so there was no noise except the sound of the waves. I would not hesitate to rent again as long as I brought your plugs! There were a few minor maintenance issues, but property management was immediately responsive.

Our home away from home was immaculately clean, even the oven and pots and pans! Whatever you need to enjoy the beach and the ocean was there for you. If there was any snag, Seven Sisters responded immediately. We slept good, we played good, we relaxed Constantly. Thank You!!!

Great views from this property. Clean, fully stocked with what you need. You can see if there is a line for Old West Cinnamon Rolls from the kitchen window which my kid loved! Walking distance to everything in Pismo. Would stay here again.
