The beach condo has undergone a luxurious makeover, ensuring a dreamy coastal living experience. Dive into the community's delights – a heated pool, spa, clubhouse with a cozy living room, kitchen, and game room, all secured within a gated haven with private beach access.
Perfect for family getaways or a romantic couples retreat, this smoke-free, pet-free abode offers keyless entry and accommodates a maximum of two autos. While AC is not on the list, the home radiates cool vibes and ocean breeze. The main living area sits on the 2nd level, bedrooms on the 3rd, providing a delightful separation of spaces. There is an electric BBQ for guest use. The HOA warms up the pool from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends, and the spa stays cozy all year round. Please note that the property owner can't guarantee pool or spa operation during your stay.
Now, for some quirky trivia: the living room fireplace is currently taking a break (awaiting a replacement part), but the charm of this coastal haven remains unaffected!

This is beautifully designed, well equipped home at the beach. The sleeping arrangements and number of bathrooms were perfect for our 3 adults and 3 boys. The location of this unit just above the pool gave us a great balcony for checking in with our older boys at the pool. The walk to the beach for their surfing time was less than 5 minutes. And the location to restaurants and shops was perfect. It was a very successful and fun vacation for all of us. Our only issue was that the renters before us, according to the management company, took one of the keys for the secure gates to get in and out of the property and to and from the bench. With a household of six people coming and going with just one key, it was extremely frustrating. A call to the management office was answered with "sorry, someone took it." The office is just down the beach in Avila, so it would literally have been an hour exercise to make a new key and bring it to the site. We would have picked it up! Seemed not very responsive for the quality of the unit and the property.

The views overlooking the pool and the ocean were absolutely stunning and made every morning and evening special. The property was clean, well-maintained, and very inviting, making it easy to relax from the moment we arrived.We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it by an extra day. The property management team was incredibly responsive and quickly approved our request, which we really appreciated.Overall, this was an outstanding experience. We loved everything about this place and are already looking forward to returning. Thank you for providing such a fantastic place to stay and for helping make our trip so memorable!
