The house is located one kilometer from the center of Santa Maria di Leuca, facing the accessible cliff and the first beach is 2 km away. The furnished terrace overlooking the sea allows you to relax and dine while admiring the landscape, it is arranged on 3 levels: on the lower floor there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a blue bathroom, a terrace; on the central floor a living area with sofa bed and TV and coral bathroom; upstairs the kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and everything you need, large furnished and shaded terrace for lunch and dinner while admiring the sea and the beautiful sunsets.
