Ocean Song 314, Located at Tybee's Beachside Colony Resort, brings you amazing sunrise views from the professionally decorated living area and the private balcony. Relax and enjoy all the comforts of home for your vacation retreat.
The open living room area overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and offers plenty of seating, a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, and a 55-inch flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, full-size oven, a Keurig Coffee Maker, dishwasher, and in-home stackable washer and dryer. There is a breakfast bar with seating for two and a dining table that seats four people. The bedroom has a King size bed and a 43-inch flat-screen TV. The spacious bathroom has a double vanity, and a separate tub and a walk-in shower.
Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes access to the two pools, two covered garage parking spaces, beach access, and on-site restaurant The Deck. The building has elevator access, ramps, and handicapped parking available. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.
Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island!
Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.

We were looking for a post Christmas quiet getaway and this was just the place! We parked the car and walked everywhere for or trip - restaurants, beach, drinks, lighthouse, shops, etc.

Great location. Comfortable bed. Accurate listing with great communication. My only complaint is that the washer and dryer are old and need to be replaced. The dryer left rust stains on our clothes. Other than that it was great.
