"In the jungle, the mighty jungle, the lion sleeps you will sleep just as peacefully as the lion in this adorable three-bedroom, two bath oceanfront condo with hints of the tropical rain forest! From tasteful animal prints to sumptuous leather, to dark wood furnishings, you'll feel as though Kipling must have visited just before you did. The master bedroom boasts a lion-king-sized bed with en-suite master bath, and its own private balcony. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed, while the third bedroom's twin beds are perfect for the cubs! Though we're right outside Savannah, the whimsical kitchen will bring to mind the savannahs of Africa, overlooking the cozy "den" before soaring over the sandy beaches and the vastness of the majestic Atlantic Ocean.
This condo has a wonderful view from the corner balcony over the dunes and out to the ocean. Perfect for viewing breezy kites, beach activity and ships in the distance. All of our condos have elevator access. Covered parking under the buildings is optional. This condo also offers washer and dryer, full kitchen with all full size appliances, linens, private WiFi connection, and cable.
Our resort encompasses an entire oceanfront block and allows for the easiest beach and pool access on Tybee. The brand new pools include a large heated pool for year round enjoyment, as well as an even larger family-friendly sloping entry pool. Outdoor lounge seating completes the pool area along with a walk-up bar and restaurant at the onsite restaurant, The Deck Bar and Kitchen. Air-conditioned bathrooms and outdoor showers at the beach entrance make your visit even more enjoyable.
If you would like to travel with your dog(s), we allow up to two dogs, with the addition of a one time $100 pet fee per dog.
Beachside Colony Resort & Vacation Rentals offers the only on-site rental office on the island, open 7 days a week, and ready to help you with any information or tour booking that you need. Our resort is located on the beach, right in the middle of Tybee Island, a spot that puts it one mile from the pier, the hub of the island’s shopping and nightlife, and one mile from the Tybee Light Station, one of only 7 colonial-era lighthouses still in use in America. Directly across the street is Tybee's Memorial Park and our YMCA. This park features tennis, volleyball, basketball, and an amazing playground for kids of all ages as well as picnic and grill areas which can host small to large family gatherings. The island's library is also just across the street.
There are many restaurants within a short walking- or driving-distance, but after a long day on the beach, we invite you to enjoy The Deck Beach Bar and Grill; not only is it right in the middle of the resort, it is the only true beachfront dining experience on Tybee!

This 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo was absolutely incredible — the top-floor, corner location made all the difference! The panoramic ocean views were breathtaking from every angle, and we loved watching the sunrise each morning right from our private balcony. The sound of the waves created the most peaceful atmosphere.The condo itself was beautifully furnished, spacious, and spotless — perfect for our group. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which made it ideal for families or friends traveling together. We were here for a girls weekend and loved how spacious it was. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the open living area was perfect for gathering to enjoy meals or just relax after a day on the beach.We also loved the resort amenities — easy beach access, heated pool, and friendly onsite staff who made everything simple from check-in to checkout. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants, exploring Tybee’s shops and art galleries. This condo truly has it all: comfort, convenience, and the best views on the island. We can’t wait to stay here again!

The condo was wonderful! Very comfortable seating and bed. Kitchen was very well equipped. The deck seating was also very nice and had a beautiful view. The Deck restaurant on the property was delicious! We will be back!

This condo is in a wonderful location on Tybee Island. Top floor corner, beach front property! It was extremely easy to get to the beach from the facility. Easy access to good restaurants and shopping.The condo is nicely furnished. Beds are comfortable, furniture is in good shape, and space was perfect for our group.There are some repair opportunities that should be considered that would have us rate the stay a five. One of the kitchen cabinets was broken and had not been repaired. The ice machine was a bit quirky. Some of the sinks in the bathrooms didn’t drain quickly. The screen on the master deck sliding door was ripped and needs repair. The master bedroom was very dusty, and the woodwork and cabinets in the condo need a good cleaning. Even with these minor issues, I would return to this condo. Overall, it was a wonderful weekend!
