About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming little cottage in Espéraza for rent. It measures 36 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. It comprises a lovely 25 m² living area, a fitted open-plan kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room (with shower). With Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 25 m² living area with a TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob…
First floor
- A bedroom with one double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
Second floor
- Small sitting room
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally situated in Espéraza, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

Espéraza’s Grand Sunday Market (featuring renowned producers and craftspeople), a 9-minute walk away
The Dinosaur Museum and the Hat-Making Museum, 500 metres away
Lake Quillan
Hike to the Pic de Bugarach, a 40-minute drive away
A visit to the Galamus Gorges, 1 hour away
Camurac ski resort, 1 hour away
Limoux Carnival, about 20 minutes’ drive away
