Hills view villa is a newly luxury villa located on the hills of Peyia, offering a breathtaking unobstructed view of Paphos. The private pool and the hot tub jacuzzi at the edge of the hills, surrounded with nature, in a peaceful environment, as well as the modern luxury interior style of the villa, is what makes this villa unique.
A stay at Hills view villa will put you on top of the world – figuratively and literally..
Although the villa is an ideal retreat for privacy, rest and relaxation, you can easily reach the graphical village of Kathikas with local taverns, mini market and its well known vineyards in just 3 minutes drive far. A local tavern open daily, is just opposite the villa. You can reach all amenities and sandy beaches in just 15 minutes drive going to Peyia and coral bay center with supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, banks, medical center and generally all amenities needed. Sandy beaches all around the coastline.. The cultural city of Paphos can also be reached easily in just 25 minutes drive. Akamas peninsula and Latchi beaches are also close by.
The villa is a perfect accommodation for family gatherings or a group of friends who appreciate opportunities for privacy while vacationing.

To get the negatives out of the way. This villa is remote (25 minutes drive from Coral Bay), so you get peace and quiet, but costly to run to the sea front and back (especially if you call a taxi - 50 euro round trip).
Secondly, the front door closed behind us one day and it took 90 minutes to get a locksmith out to get us back in, at a cost of 90 euro. As the keys were inside, we couldn't open the gate either so we all had to wait until the lock was sprung and the keys retrieved from inside. A handle on the outside of the door would have been been a blessing! A spare key available locally would also have been helpful, or two keys provided at least. We were a party of 8 with 4 vehicles, so it took some organising to make sure the person with the key always arrived back 1st.
On the upside, the villa was a great size, the pool was big enough for us all and there was a hot tub available, had we wanted to pay 150 euro for our stay, but we chose not to.
There was a mini-mart which was 5 minute drive, which sold most things we needed (although I should have realised they're closed on Sunday, before I chose to walk on the 1st day!).
Lots of space, with large tables inside and out. TV with Netflix available and 2 decent kitchens too.
There's a really nice restaurant, literally opposite the villa and the staff are really helpful too. A bonus we didn't expect.
All in all, a great villa. But you need to be organised! Owners were friendly and helpful. Thank you.
