Good communication with hosts. Beautiful view, peaceful. Good location, ample parking, clean.
Pool was cold but this isn't the fault of the host just the weather at the time of year ( early May). Would be nice to have hand soap in each bathroom and washing up liquid / a few basics like foil/ kitchen towel/bin bags to clean in the kitchen or even a dustpan and brush so that we could have kept it cleaner during the week.

Excellent views of the hills and sea. The local taverna was warm and welcoming as was our host who was very easy to contact and arranged a very smooth check in and check out. I would recommend the hot tub!

We have stayed in this villa from 2nd to 5th January 2022 as a group of six friends. The view over the hills and sea at night and by day is amazing. The heated Whirlpool/jacuzzi (at extra cost) was perfect for the cold evenings. The pool (not heated) and pool-area with the sofas and divan beds are probably absolutely great for hot summer days. There are plenty of bedrooms and almost all of them have their own bathroom. Also there is a rooftop terrace and balcony from the master bedroom, which could be used if liked. The living room with both sofa areas is very spacious. The kitchen has a dishwasher and many things you could use for cooking for yourself.
The villa is very big and the outdoor area is very nice, but it isn't as luxurious as it is brought to you. The bath- and bedrooms are old-fashioned and the furnitures in the house, especially the beds, are not on the standard you would expect. They are small beds with cheap beddings and not very comfortable. As especially in summer you will spend most of your time outside, this isn't too bad to endure I guess. Also there are only a few towels provided (2 per person) which you will have to wash and dry by yourself if you stay longer than 3 days. Overall the villa is amazing for big groups of friends or families, but it could offer more indulgence and fun activities like darts, table tennis (which was torn in two halves) or billards for example.

The view was amazing.
For a luxury villa was very poor. Could be so much nicer if some of furniture was replaced, as damaged. Sun lounger covers filthy.
Air conditioning unit in lower bedroom obviously had not been serviced, awful sulphur smell when switched on. broken shower.
