Unit Layout
You will be staying in a spacious and bright 5-room villa spanning 132 square meters, featuring beautiful and tasteful furnishings. The open large living/dining room measures 52 square meters and is equipped with a digital TV and a wood-burning stove. This room provides access to the garden, terrace, and swimming pool. One of the rooms includes a dressing room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and a shower. The large, open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Capsules for the Senseo coffee machine (extras provided). There is a separate WC on the main floor.

On the upper floor, you will find one room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), another room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), and a third room with 2 sets of bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). This level also features a bath/shower, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin. The villa is equipped with electric heating.

Amenities Included
During your vacation stay, you will have access to a large terrace measuring 120 square meters with a south-west facing position. Outdoor amenities include terrace furniture, a portable barbecue, and 4 deck chairs.
