Ideally located within walking distance to shopping, dining, and the popular 27th Avenue Park—complete with a playground, basketball, and racquetball courts—this home blends convenience with tranquility. Inside, you'll find a spacious two-story layout spanning over 2,300 square feet. A large oceanfront deck invites you to relax, soak up the Florida sunshine, and take in the mesmerizing views of the Atlantic. With plenty of seating, it's the perfect spot to enjoy meals outdoors or simply listen to the soothing rhythm of the waves. Please note, however, that this home does not include a barbecue grill.
The main level features a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, ideal for preparing and sharing meals together. Wonderful ocean property, perfect for a large family. We had our two families together and found it was spacious and comfortable. Easy to get on and off the beach and large driveway. Plenty of kitchen necessities, linens and towels. All the amenities were great. Only thing that would have been helpful is to have a few extra beach chairs, cooler and sand/water toys. Difficult to travel with those items; we were glad to leave a few sand toys behind.

Beautiful spot on the ocean. Beach was great. Very well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Close to lots of restaurants and stores. A little difficult to find if you arrive in the dark, but the host stayed on the phone with us until we found it. So very nice because it was 9:30 at night. Would definitely recommend.
