About this apartment rental

Beautiful 1 bedroom with a full kitchen and private outdoor space in a great Flagstaff neighborhood. Walk/bike easily to historic downtown on the Urban Trail. Easy access to trails, food, close to AZ Snowbowl, 70 miles to the Grand Canyon and 30 miles to Sedona. Be on the chair lift in 20 minutes or at some of our best mountain biking, in 5! Enjoy a soak in the huge bathtub, relax by the fire or sit outside and enjoy the view. We can be your base for exploring or just a quiet space to relax.

Super comfy, super quiet, super host! I'm very appreciative of hosts who allow cats as I'm traveling extensively this summer with my 16-year-old fur baby, and we both enjoyed Beth's welcoming guest cottage. Excellent layout feels very spacious, particularly for one person and one cat. Neighborhood is charming, friendly and quiet with great access to Flagstaff's urban trail system. Exceptionally convenient to Coconino Center for the Arts -- home of Folk Music Festival and some of Flag Shakes productions. Close to the lovely Museum of Northern Arizona and their fun Thirsty Thursdays summer concerts. Also convenient to Snowbowl, which is fun even if you're not a skier. Summertime gondola ride is a great way to enjoy the beauty of northern Arizona. I rented for three weeks, it really felt like home within a couple of days. I look forward to returning to Coconino Estates and Beth's cozy retreat!

Excellent stay with everything you would expect to have in a home. Felt very safe & cozy in and around the stay during my trip with lots to explore and do!

My husband and 10-year old granddaughter stayed here with me for 4 nights. It was a great location to visit National Monuments and the Grand Canyon for day trips. The space was perfect for us. We like to eat-in on vacation and the kitchen had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property.
