About this house rental

This recently renovated cottage has a beautiful coastal vibe. Modern amenities come together with vintage accents such as shiplap, hemlock beams and original fireplace and chimney creating a quintessential Maine cottage. Large deck with outdoor dining and lounging and a large yard make it great for one or two families. The house is located two blocks from the town center so it is close to restaurants and shops.

My friends and I were in town to run the Mount Desert Island half marathon and hike Acadia National Park. We greatly appreciated the amenities provided and cleanliness and warm feeling of the house. The sunroom was a great place to relax. This was the perfect location for us and town was very walkable. Would highly recommend a stay here!

The kitchen was fully stocked with all the basic necessities which was a huge plus for us. The house was clean and we had a wonderful time.
