Come enjoy Weiss Lake at this beautiful brand new lakefront property. It's surrounded by woods at the ridges of Appalachia. It is full of beautiful acreage, woods, and BREATHTAKING unrestricted lake views! You will love the view from this well-appointed, upscale unit. 2 Master enSuites' with King beds and a top-notch bunk room! Fully equipped kitchen, chunky trim, luxury bathroom and TWO private covered decks looking straight at the lake and mountains. Play corn hole, life size chess, board games, take a dip in the pool or private hot tub, play in the sand area or on the playground, make some delicious food on the grill, play volleyball, foosball, Connect4, go kayaking in the beautiful Weiss Lake, cozy up by the fire pit and make s'mores, swim in the cleanest water on Weiss Lake, watch AMAZING sunsets! SO much to do on property!
Also, so much to do off property in the area. Rent a boat or jet skis, hike, see the falls, do caving, rappelling or ziplines, all in close proximity. Close to Pirate's Bay (water park), DeSoto Falls, Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Orbitz Glassblowing, snow skiing, horseback riding, endless trails, rappelling, caving and ziplining. We are in the ABC triangle meaning we are an hour & a half from the Atlanta, Birmingham, & Chattanooga Airports. Of course we are a HUGE fishing lake so bring your boat or do a fishing excursion. Listed as two bedrooms because there are two sleeping areas but it is an open concept.
The views are incredible. Breathtaking views of the lake and lawns and you can even see how the sunset pours colors into the house at "golden hour". We also have LOTS of stars, it just gets better & better!
1. Luxurious sleeping quarters with hotel linens and towels.
2. Smart/roku tv's that have cable with TONS of stations. and access to Netflix, Hulu, etc.
3. Corn hole, life size chess/checkers, board games, Connect4, sand area, grill, volleyball area, and a bunch of other things.
4. Beautiful oversized decks to gather and have morning coffee, meals or watch the sunset! We have one long table to fit all of you and a propane fire pit. Your own private hot tub is on the lower deck.
5. Resort pool, private hot tub, playground, and in ground trampoline! HUGE hit with the kiddos.

**The pool is open all year and in the mid spring to early fall we keep the temperature comfortable, heating when necessary. Subject to host discretion in regards to weather and/or temperatures. The pool can be heated outside of the early spring to mid fall window, however, there is an additional cost. Message us for more details!
**We do allow pets; however, there are requirements that must be met & a pet fee MUST be paid. Please discuss with us before booking.
**Lake levels decrease a few feet in late fall through early spring and may affect boat launch, dock usage, watersports etc.
** Hot tub is year-round but will not heat all the way up during frigid temperatures. Your private one should most likely keep up with just about any weather. Neighbors will be jealous. :-)
**Full disclosure common areas and exterior entrances are covered by security cameras.

We'd happily live here if we could. Used as our bride and groom suite, since it's separate from the rest of the properties on the estate. Very modern and loved the living spaces and bathrooms, we will return!

Very clean. Heated pool was very nice to have. Pet friendly. They thought of everything when designing and building this house. Very easy to contact host and answered every question with great detail. Hot tub was amazing!

From the moment we arrived, it was clear this property is in a league of its own. This property is part of Magnolia Overlook! Beautiful view of lake with fire pit and hot tub! Fabulous house with well stocked kitchen, fireplace, towel warmers, every small appliance needed! Comfy bedding! Host was easy to access with questions. We used all the properties included with Magnolia Overlook for Family Thanksgiving Reunion!
