About this house rental
Inside is highlighted by massive log beams, a cathedral ceiling. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a custom built log breakfast bar. Also on the main floor is a separate dining room and a bathroom with walk in shower and two sinks. A two story spiral staircase seamlessly connects this level with a spacious loft affording a King size bed and a sitting area. Traveling down the stairs you will end in a finished walk out basement with two bedrooms with one having a sliding glass door to the patio and the other 8 feet of windows overlooking a wooded area. Both have new (7/2021) king size beds. The second bathroom with a walk in shower rounds out the lower level.
Four season rental with satellite TV, WiFi, Room for up to 6 (more for an extra fee). The home sits on 3 acres of land close to snowmobile and ATV trails, right next to Tahoe Lynx Golf Course, and 2 miles from town of Mercer and only 30-40 minutes from downhill skiing in the UP of Michigan.

This is the most beautiful, well-built, log home in which you’ve never stayed. AND the setting is perfectly suited for tranquility. If you want a beautiful and peaceful escape, this is your nirvana. Photos can not do this place justice

Great location, just short drive off of HWY 51 - tucked into the woods which was quiet and private. Went up to snowmobile unfortunately no snow so I can't comment on the access to the trails. The house was just what we needed.

I have some mobility issues, which made using the spiral staircase to lower or upstairs bedrooms pretty impossible. Fortunately the sloping hill went to the sliding door into one of the lower bedrooms. It worked. Beautiful wood interior on the main kitchen, living room and dining floor.
