Sea Glass By The Sea has access to the building elevator and comes with two parking spots for your convenience. **Elevator is reliable but not guaranteed. **
**Renovations may be underway in neighboring units in the offseason. Construction is allowed Monday through Friday 8 am until 5 pm during the off season**
Parking instructions: 2 assigned, covered parking spots are located under the building. No additional parking passes can be provided due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional vehicles must park in paid public parking.
INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is an end unit , right beside the stairs, which made for easy access to the beach and the pool. Condo was beautiful and extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We stayed in mid October so it was rather windy, but we still enjoyed walking on the beach every morning. The property management company was excellent with their communications and very quick to respond to any questions. My three sisters and I pick a different location every year for our annual trip and this was one of our favorite stays. It’s not close to many restaurants but we ordered food from South Beach Grill. It was excellent and hot when delivered.

Great unit and close to the pool and beach access! Everything was stocked plentiful and the beds are all so comfortable! I would only suggest to have two shower towels per person in the set instead of one. We had 6 sets total for 5 women. Women need one for hair and one for body. We just didn’t want to pay extra for more sets so we managed, but every place I’ve ever stayed at always had at least two. It wasn’t a big deal but definitely would have made it better! We would rent here again if were given the opportunity! Had so much fun!
