Summary:
This stunning 3 bedroom oceanfront condo is the perfect beachfront getaway. Located in the highly desirable Dune Ridge Resorts, this condo has breathtaking panoramic views of the entire coast and the interior makes for a relaxing break from the sun while not sacrificing the view!
The oceanfront patio is ideal for enjoying your morning coffee, taking in the salt air and relaxing after a long day at the beach/pool. A clean and comfy stay is our absolute top priority. Come stay awhile!
The Space:
Dune Ridge offers a pool, tennis/pickle-ball court, beach access, and FREE parking on the premises (2 cars, maybe 3 if you squeeze). Beach chairs and towels provided!
The three bedrooms are each designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, featuring plush bedding, quality bed sheets and smart TVs.
Primary bedroom:
1 x King Bed
Ocean View
Bedroom 2:
1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 3:
2x Full Size beds
Other amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, in-unit washer and dryer, and a private balcony with outdoor seating to enjoy the ocean breeze.
Getting Around:
There are 2-3 carport parking spots for the unit and additional guest spots can be requested.
The unit is right on the beach and a quick drive to 'downtown Wrightsville Beach' where there is a plethora of coffee shops, restaurants, bars and shopping.
Other Things to Note:
Community pool is open from May 1st-September 30th.
1. NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit
2. 25+ years old ONLY (no exceptions)
3. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB
4. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.
5. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period. Please look into
6. **Any service animal and paperwork must be disclosed within 24 hours of booking.**

Loved this condo on the beachfront! This is the quiet side of the island which is our preference. Only a short bike ride or walk to the center of the island where the restaurants and shops are located.

Great property for a family vacation, lots of room for a family, also. great access to beach and pool, very clean and well kept, check in and check out was easy.

Great place to stay...very clean and an awesome view of the ocean. Property Mgt company worked out my mistake of dates and fixed it without hesitation. Highly recommend!!!
