Escape to paradise at the Sebby`s Surf Shack! This spacious 4 bed/4 bath vacation rental is located just two blocks away from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico beaches.

✦ The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need – Featuring stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, full-size fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and all the essential cookware and utensils.
✦ Resort-Style Amenities - Guests have access to a heated, private pool, complete with a poolside grill and comfortable patio furniture – a great way to cool off or gather for a laid-back meal.
✦ Close to the free trolley stop which is only one block away running north and south on AMI, shops and restaurants.
Welcome book with wifi and local information is in rental
Entry codes will be provided the day of arrival once property is ready.
Rental agreement to be signed before check in.
Other things to note
For your convenience, the home includes a beach wagon with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and all bath towels, beach towels, and linens—everything ready for a relaxing stay!
Please note a starter set of toiletries and supplies are left for your arrival. The complimentary starter set includes:
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, small hand soap, one paper towel roll, two garbage bags, small dish soap and two pods for the dishwasher. With a Publix grocery store located nearby for anything else desired.
Pools are heated October - April at no additional costs. Full disclosure if temperate drop below 60 heaters do not work at full capacity fighting the ambient temp. Below 60 the heaters do not come on until temperatures rise
Please Remember: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level. Noise ordinance is in effect 10pm to 7am. Excessive and unreasonable noise can result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.

We spent 4 full days and the home was perfect. It was clean. So much room with 4 bedroom and each had its own bathroom! There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrella and cart. It was close to everything! Will definitely be back!

Looking for a place to stay with a few other couples? Look no further! This is the perfect place! My husband and I, and our 3 grown sons (two brought their fiancés with them) (total of 7 of us) stayed for a week in May. My husband and I took the bedroom closest to the driveway (towards the front of the house) and it was perfect for us to go to sleep earlier and let our kids stay up later and use the pool and hot tub. Everyone having their own bathroom and 4 king beds is also a game changer! The central living room helps space out the bedrooms a little too-which is nice if someone wants to sleep in or someone is staying up later. The cooler and beach wagon and chairs is also so nice! And having the enclosed porch to come home to and leave all your stuff without unloading the wagon every trip to the beach-was so nice! It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach and the trolley stops (north and south stops are almost directly across the street from each other). We look forward to returning to this rental in the future! It was perfect for us! Thank you for sharing your home with us! We made wonderful memories with our kids and we don’t know how many more family trips we might get as they are all starting to grow into adults with their own busy schedules! .

We lived the house We do wish it had indoor dining area other than the small bar area It was pretty hot to eat outside a couple of times.
