Being only one house from the lovely beaches of Anna Maria Island and three houses to Tampa Bay you can enjoy all the waterways the Island has to offer! This is a historical cottage that has been totally remodeled for your enjoyment. Marmalade Mermaid is not even 100 steps to the beach access and the crystal blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico, fringed with seven miles of white sand beach which stretches out in a gentle curve in both directions. Marmalade Mermaid is only three houses from Tampa Bay where you can put in your paddleboards or kayaks easily. This home is near Leffis Key so you can paddle many mangrove lines and see loads of wildlife. Since this home is a historical cottage, the windows do not open throughout the home.

EXTERIOR

Step outside and take in a tropical backyard with a heated swim spa for shared guest use. The swim spa is 14 ft. x 8 ft. and the temperature is set at 86 F. Water temperatures may be lower during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool and Spa heaters might not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pool or spa is heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. If the pool or spa equipment malfunction during your stay, Property Manager will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close pool for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.

There are enough parking spaces for at least three cars at this property.

Small dogs under 25 lbs. are welcome for a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
