About this house rental
Nestled against the Alpes Mancelles forest, this 180-square-meter 19th-century home, renovated and decorated in 2019, offers a breathtaking 180° view and is surrounded by a spacious garden, featuring a shady grove for the hottest days. On winter days, you can fully enjoy the cozy comfort of the interior spaces, decorated with antique materials and all modern conveniences.
The Property
This rental pleasantly combines the charm of the past with a recent renovation (2019), in a comfortable and highly functional setting.
On the first floor, you’ll find the well-equipped kitchen, a separate restroom, the laundry room (washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron), the dining room, the living room, and the two entryways. There are two double bedrooms on the first floor (180x200 bed), one of which can be converted into a twin room (two 90x200 single beds), and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
On the second floor, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a 90x190 bed (a travel crib for babies up to 36 months is available upon request), and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.
The house is equipped with fiber-optic internet, offering strong Wi-Fi coverage and RJ45 jacks in every room for optimal speed; all bedrooms feature a desk and a chair.
Outdoor games available: Molky, pétanque, and balls.
Garden furniture and AIRCLOUD mattresses are available upon request.

I rented with my father and two friends to use as a base for the Le Mans classic (about 50min drive from the track). The property is lovely with a well appointed kitchen and comfortable living and bedroom spaces. The views are stunning and the location is incredibly peaceful with an abundance of birds and other wildlife - would make an ideal quiet getaway / retreat.
